Results from the race at the 2026 MotoGP San Marino Grand Prix at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli.
Marc Marquez took a crucial victory in the San Marino MotoGP, his second straight win, beating Alex Marquez by 0.6 seconds.
Marquez didn't make the start, but Marco Bezzecchi crashed on the first lap and handed him the lead. The Ducati Lenovo rider was then passed by Jorge Martin, but the Spaniard's pace didn't last and throughout the mid-part of the race he dropped backwards, ending up fifth.
Alex Marquez was able to apply the pressure to his brother in the second half of the race after he passed Martin, but ultimately came up short of victory and took second. Pedro Acosta completed the podium for KTM.
Fermin Aldeguer took fourth ahead of Martin, while Raul Fernandez rounded out the top-six.
Fabio Di Giannantonio was seventh, ahead of Enea Bastianini, Luca Marini, and Fabio Quartararo who completed the top-10.

Warm Up
Marco Bezzecchi topped Warm Up at Misano and was the only rider to lap in the 1:30s. Marc Marquez was once again second to the Italian, after they were 1-2 in both Friday practices, qualifying, and the Sprint.
Diogo Moreira completed the top-three ahead of Fermin Aldeguer, Fabio Quartararo, and Alex Marquez in the top-six; while Raul Fernandez, Pedro Acosta, Francesco Bagnaia, and Pol Espargaro rounded out the top-10.
