125GP star Bradley Smith led a British charge to the top of the timesheets in the second night of testing in Qatar, posting the fastest time with countrymen Scott Redding second and Danny Webb sixth.

The Oxfordshire 17-year-old banged in a 2’05.306 lap, with Redding four-tenths behind. Webb was slightly slower with a 2’06.535.
