Eskil Suter and Ioda MotoGP team owner Giampiero Sacchi have commenced a session of internet handbags which has resulted in the latter saying he is going legal over comments made.
Frame builder Suter said he was forced to take back the 2013 MotoGP frames used by Danilo Petrucci and Lukas Pesek due to non-payment of invoices - even though he had been promised a balance wou’d be settled in full.
Sacchi countered by saying that Suter should be indebted to the team for the development work carried out and then said he had instructed his legal team to sue for libel.
The Italian is now running Petrucci on Aprilia machinery and had been due to have Leon Camier as a second rider but that now looks gravely in doubt.
