Despite his domination in the dry on Saturday, Toprak Razgatlioglu remains cautious ahead of potential wet weather on Sunday.
In the opening race of the weekend at Balaton Park, Toprak Razgatlioglu was dominant as he won by over three seconds and controlled the race from the front.
However, after winning in the dry conditions on Saturday, the Turkish rider is remaining cautious ahead of potential rain on Sunday.
With the Balaton Park Circuit being a new venue, nobody will have experienced the track in wet conditions. But Razgatlioglu has not had the most success in the past in wet weather.
"The beginning was fun yes," Razgatlioglu told TNT Sports after winning Race One in Hungary.
"But after that, I felt the rear tyre drop. I was keeping the same pace, and I was always looking at my pit board, and saw the same gap, so I just stayed there.
"It was a good start, but we will have different weather tomorrow, the weather will be more difficult. But I will try to do my best again."
Earlier on in the 2025 World Superbike Championship, Razgatlioglu claimed his first wet win in the series at the TT Circuit Assen.
The two-time World Superbike Champion dominated the Superpole Race at the Dutch Round in the wet conditions.
"In Assen I was yes, for the first time in the World Championship I won in the wet at Assen," he explained.
"But we will see, why not one more win tomorrow?"
With his win in Race One at the Hungarian World Superbike Round, Razgatlioglu has been able to extend his Championship lead over Nicolo Bulega from four points to nine.
