Gold & Goose

Toprak Razgatlioglu claimed his third World Superbike Championship in the final Superbike Race at Jerez.

At the final round of the 2025 World Superbike Championship at Jerez, Toprak Razgatlioglu was able to secure the title for the ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team.

The 2025 World Superbike title was Razgatlioglu's second Championship with BMW and his third in the World Superbike Championship, adding to his 2021 and 2024 titles that he won with Yamaha and then BMW.

Razgatlioglu left his title victory for the final round of the weekend at Circuito do Jerez, and all he had to do in the final race of the season was finish 13th, after being knocked off in the Superpole Race.

After winning 21 races throughout the 2025 World Superbike Championship, the Turkish rider has been a force to be reckoned with as he battled to retain the title.

It was Race Two at Jerez that decided the 2025 World Superbike title, despite Nicolo Bulega taking his 14th race win of the season. Razgatlioglu's 3rd place finish was another to secure his third title.

With only two BMW M1000RRs on the grid this season, Razgatlioglu and Michael van der Mark had their work cut out for them this season. Whereas Nicolo Bulega had an armada of Ducati riders to back him up and help him during the season.

Razgatlioglu has now become a three-time World Superbike Champion and has joined Troy Bayliss, who also holds three titles. The only riders ahead of the Turkish rider and the Australian rider are World Superbike legends, Jonathan Rea and Carl Fogarty.

However, Razgatlioglu's journey in the World Superbike paddock comes to an end this weekend, as after eight years in the Superbike Championship, he will move to the MotoGP World Championship in 2026 for the Prima Pramac Racing squad.
