Hungary WorldSSP, Race One Results | Stefano Manzi win his sixth race of the season

Stefano Manzi returned to the top step of the podium as he secured his sixth win of the 2025 World Supersport season.

In the first World Supersport race at the Balaton Park Circuit, Stefano Manzi dominated proceedings and won the race by 3.834 seconds.

Completing a Yamaha 1-2 in Race One was Turkish rider, Can Oncu, and the Yamaha bLU cRU Evans Bros Team.

Bo Bendsneyder had not been on the podium since his home round at the TT Circuit Assen, but the Dutch rider finished third in Race One in Hungary.

The MV Agusta Reparto Corse squad ended the day in third and fourth, with Filippo Farioli finishing in fourth, 2.905 seconds behind Bendsneyder.

Roberto Garcuia equalled his best result in the World Supersport Championship as he finished in fifth place for the GMT94 Yamaha squad.

For the first time in the 2025 season, Simon Jespersen finished inside the top ten as he crossed the line in sixth for the ECOsantagata Althea Racing Team.

Jaume Masia had his worst race finish since the Portuguese World Supersport Round as he finished in seventh place in Race One in Hungary.

Oliver Bayliss was back inside the top ten for the first time since the Czech Republic Round as he finished in eighth at Balaton Park.

Completing the top ten were the two Ducati riders of Philipp Oettl and Xavi Cardelus in ninth and tenth places.
