David Munoz re-signs with Intact GP on a multi-year deal

Gold & Goose

After standing on the podium at the Hungarian Grand Prix, David Munoz put pen to paper on a multi-year deal with Intact GP.

David Munoz has agreed to stay with the Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP Team on a multi-year deal and will remain in Moto3 with his sights set on Moto2 in the future.

The Spaniard joined the German team at the start of the 2025 season, but did not get off to a successful start as he failed to finish four of the first five races.

However, after claiming his first podium of the season at Le Mans, Munoz has been on a consistent run and has made his way up to fourth place in the Moto3 World Championship.

After 14 races in the 2025 Moto3 season, Munoz has two race wins to his name and a further five podium appearances.

The 19-year-old is 95 points behind Championship leader, Jose Antonio Rueda, so is likely out of the title fight, but with another shot in Moto3 in 2026, he will be aiming for the Championship crown.

"We are proud to announce that David Munoz has signed a long-term contract and will continue with us," the IntactGP team announced.

"This extension covers more than just one year – it's a clear commitment to growth and to fighting together for championships in the coming seasons."

"I'm incredibly happy and grateful to be able to continue with Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP," added Munoz.

"The team offers me the perfect environment to demonstrate my potential, and together we can continue to fight for top results and future titles."
