Lap times from the qualifying session at the 2026 Moto2 Austrian Grand Prix at the Red Bull Ring.
Filip Salac secured the second pole position of his Moto2 career in qualifying at the Red Bull Ring, setting several laps in the end that would've been good enough. Championship leader Manuel Gonzalez and Alex Escrig will join the Czech rider on the front row.
Ivan Ortola was fourth, ahead of Izan Guevara and David Alonso in the top-six.
On row three, Alonso Lopez will start alongside Barry Baltus and Jose Antonio Rueda. Dani Holgado rounded out the qualifying top-10 and will start from row four alongside Tony Arbolino and Deniz Oncu.

Tony Arbolino topped a wet-but-drying Moto2 FP2 session in Austria, the Italian being the only rider able to find decent performance on slick tyres right at the very end of the session, while most others struggled on the dries.
Xabi Zurutuza was second-fastest on wets, ahead of Aron Canet, Deniz Oncu, Dani Munoz, and Marcos Ramirez in the top-six. Only 13 riders set lap times.
