Ducati:

Ducati Lenovo Team:

The factory Ducati MotoGP rider line-up will remain the same for the 2026 season as it has been for the 2025 season.

The MotoGP World Championship leader, Marc Marquez, joined the factory Ducati squad on a two-year deal and will enter his second year in 2026, and will likely be on the hunt for his tenth World Championship.

Two-time MotoGP World Champion, Francesco Bagnaia, has struggled in 2025, but will remain in the factory squad next season and will want to be able to fight his teammate more.

BK8 Gresini Racing MotoGP:

The satellite Ducati squad run by Gresini Racing will also retain the same rider line-up for the 2026 MotoGP World Championship.

Alex Marquez will stay with the Italian team for a fourth season after making massive steps in 2025 and claiming his first Grand Prix victory earlier this season.

Current MotoGP rookie, Fermin Aldeguer, will enter his sophomore season in MotoGP with Gresini Racing, and after an impressive first season, the Spaniard will be one to watch.

Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team:

Valentino Rossi's MotoGP team is yet to complete its rider line-up for 2026, but has announced one of its two riders.

Fabio di Giannantonio will remain with the Italian team for a third season and will continue on the latest Ducati machinery with the GP26.

It has not been announced who will partner di Giannantonio next season. However, it is expected that Franco Morbidelli will remain in the VR46 Racing Team for a second season.

Aprilia:

Aprilia Racing:

After a controversial run throughout the 2025 season, Aprilia Racing have finalised its squad for the 2026 MotoGP Championship.

Marco Bezzecchi will remain in the Aprilia factory squad for a second season, and after a promising first season with the Italian manufacturer, will be looking to fight with Ducati for the title.

The drama for Aprilia came from the reigning MotoGP World Champion, Jorge Martin. After declaring that he would leave Aprilia at the end of 2025, the Spaniard has decided to stay in the team for 2026.

Trackhouse Racing:

There has been no rider movement inside the Trackhouse Racing MotoGP team for the 2026 season.

Raul Fernandez will remain inside the American team for a third season, after signing a two-year deal for the 2025 and 2026 MotoGP seasons back in 2024.

The reigning Moto2 World Champion, Ai Ogura, made his MotoGP debut at the start of the 2025 season and will enter the final year of his two-year deal in 2026.

KTM:

Red Bull KTM Factory Racing:

The factory KTM rider line-up will remain the same for a second season as both riders enter the second year of their two-year deals.

Pedro Acosta made his debut in the factory squad in 2025, after spending his rookie season with Tech3. After a difficult start to 2025, the Spaniard is back at the sharp end and will be hopeful for a positive 2026.

On the other side of the garage, Brad Binder will enter his seventh season with the Austrian manufacturer, and after a disappointing 2025, will need to improve in 2026 to retain his ride.

Red Bull KTM Tech3:

There has been a lot of noise off track over the future of the Tech3 squad, with rumours that Herve Poncharal will sell his team. But the rider line-up for next season, will remain the same as this season.

Maverick Vinales had hit a run of strong form, but an accident at the German Grand Prix, has seen him miss the last four race weekends. The Spaniard has already admitted that he will not be 100% fit until next season.

After a disappointing start to his debut season on the KTM RC16, Enea Bastianini has started to deliver results for Tech3. The Italian has claimed a podium for Tech3, and has made steady improvements ahead of his second season.

Honda:

Honda HRC Castrol:

The iconic factory Honda MotoGP team have confirmed their rider line-up for 2026, after biding their time.

Luca Marini was the last rider to put pen to paper for the Japanese team, as the Italian rider has signed on for a third season with the Japanese manufacturer after making drastic improvements in his second season.

The 2020 MotoGP World Champion, Joan Mir, already had a deal with Honda for the 2026 season, after re-signing on a two-year deal during the 2024 season.

LCR Honda:

The LCR Honda rider line-up has not been completed, but they have re-signed one of their current riders.

Johann Zarco has inked a deal to remain in the satellite Honda squad for a further two years across the 2026 and 2027 seasons. The Frenchman has been rewarded with a two-year deal after winning Honda's first Grand Prix since the 2023 Grand Prix of the Americas.

The rider alongside Zarco has not been announced, but if recent reports are to be believed, Somkiat Chantra will be replaced by Brazilian rider, Diogo Moreira.

Yamaha:

Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP:

After a difficult 2025 season, there were rumours of drastic change at Yamaha. However, no change has occurred in the factory team.

The 2021 MotoGP World Champion, Fabio Quartararo, will remain with Yamaha for an eighth season. Quartararo has been loyal to Yamaha throughout their struggles, but 2026 will be crucial if Yamaha want to retain him for a ninth year.

Despite rumours that he would be replaced after a difficult two years, Alex Rins will remain in the Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP squad for a third season.

Prima Pramac Yamaha MotoGP:

The factory Yamaha team has not seen drastic change, but the satellite squad has with a huge arrival to the sport for 2026.

Yamaha aimed to make a splash for the 2026 season, and were able to create a splash when they signed two-time World Superbike Champion, Toprak Razgatlioglu. The Turkish rider will likely win a third Superbike title at the end of 2025, and will begin a new chapter in his career next year.

It has not been announced who will partner the World Superbike legend. However, after missing out on Diogo Moreira, it is likely that Yamaha will retain Jack Miller who originally signed for the team on a one-year deal at the start of 2025.
