Franco Morbidelli will not be able to test at Valencia on Tuesday after crashing on the starting grid of the Valencia Grand Prix.

It has been confirmed by the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team that Franco Morbidelli will not be able to test on Tuesday due to an incident in the final race of the season.

The Italian rider was on his way to the grid for the Valencia Grand Prix, where he collided with the rear of Aleix Espargaro's Honda as the Spaniard stopped on the grid to line up for his fifth appearance of the season.

Morbidelli ended up crashing on the grid and had to start from the pits. However, after starting the final race of the season, the Italian had to retire to the pits.

It was after he retired from the race that it was discovered that Morbidelli had fractured his left wrist, and he will not be able to test at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo in two days' time.

Morbidelli's teammate, Fabio di Giannantonio, will have to do all the work for the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team on Tuesday as the Italian will be the sole rider in the Italian team's garage.

Di Giannantonio had a positive weekend at the Valencia Grand Prix. The Italian rider finished third on Saturday in the Sprint Race, and then backed it up with another third place on Sunday in the final Grand Prix of the 2025 MotoGP World Championship.

In the final race of the season, former VR46 Racing Team rider Marco Bezzecchi took victory for the Aprilia Racing squad at Valencia.
