British 125GP star Scott Redding's dream of winning the BBC Young Sports Personality ended yesterday as he didn't make the final three due to be announced last night.

Redding, who won the British 125cc Grand Prix earlier this year, was up against stiff competition from Olympians and tennis player Laura Robson, who won Junior Wimbledon.

The winner will be announced at the BBC Sports Personality of the Year on December 14. The overal prize has been won by Lewis Hamilton, as Andy Murray doesn't have a personality. Probably.
