Repsol Honda's Dani Pedrosa will go into tomorrow's Misano MotoGP test looking for answers to the lack of edge grip he has been experiencing on the RC213V for the last four races.
The Spaniard, who has now been caught in the championship standings by auld enemy Jorge Lorenzo, wants to find out why he has suffered the problem since Lagunca Seca as it is not down to a setup issue.
"When I am at full bank I cannot really open the gas and stay a long time without opening the gas so I have not so much corner speed and after I have to go very aggressive on the gas to recover," said Pedrosa, speaking at Misano.
"I don't know why, lately I am always struggling on the edge. In the last races when I am struggling with Jorge and Marc, we are all together and I see that I lack in this point. In one or two races, you think it may be setting but four races it must be something else."
