Runaway Moto3 series leader Danny Kent will remain with his current Leopard racing team in 2016 but will move back up to Moto2 and partner Miguel Oliveira in the squad.
Kent last rode in Moto2 a couple of years ago with the Tech3 squad before coming back to the lightweight class. The youngster turned down at least one MotoGP deal to remain with the Leopard team.
“I’m really happy to sign for Leopard Racing in 2016 for Moto2. We've experienced a great season this year so I’m really excited to start our challenge in the intermediate category. A massive thank you to all people in the team for believing in me and I’m pretty sure that we also can have a great season in 2016 together,” said Kent.
