Ecstar Suzuki’s Alex Rins could miss the upcoming Argentine MotoGP round after fracturing his ankle in a motocross crash.
Rins fell while training yesterday and, after experiencing some pain, underwent tests at the University Hospital Dexeus in Barcelona and was diagnosed with a small fracture in the talus bone of the right ankle.
The medical team has decided to carry out non-surgical treatment with magnetotherapy and physiotherapy, and they will examine Rins on Monday before he is due to travel to Argentina.
