VisionTrack Ducati's Josh Brookes has put the Donington Park interface with Andrew Irwin behind him and has targeted Bennetts British Superbike wins this weekend at Snetterton.
Brookes suffered only bruises in his 130mph nerfing at the top of Craner Curves last time out and says that seventh place in the championship chase is not a true representation of what he and the Panigale V4R are capable of.
“Fortunately, there were no serious injuries after the accident at Donington, so I’m well recovered from the bumps and bruises," said the 2015 BSB champion.
"That means we are all ready for Snetterton and after it not going quite to plan at the last round, we are excited to put things right, especially as last year proved it was a good track for us.
"The results at Donington gave a false representation of where we are actually at and I’m confident we still have a very good package. I like Snetterton and I’m hoping we can get our first wins of the season there.”
