Britain’s Cal Crutchlow has been ruled of action for the rest of the MotoGP Misano weekend after complications with his arm-pump surgery.
Crutchlow took part in yesterday’s two free practices at the Italian track but did say last night there was a lot of fluid on the arm. He was visited by Dorna medic Dr Charte this morning.
“After this morning’s medical check, LCR Honda CASTROL rider Cal Crutchlow has been declared unfit for this weekend’s Gran Prix Lenovo di San Marino e Della Riviera di Rimini due to secondary side effects following the surgery on his forearm,” said a team statement.
It leaves Honda with Alex Marquez and Taka Nakagami as their representatives for this weekend.
