Bradley Perie has confirmed he will be fit in time for Round 5 of the 2023 British Superbike Championship (BSB) at Snetterton after his dramatic exit from the Knockhill Sprint Race.
The BSB rookie missed the remainder of the Scottish event after a nasty fall from his VisionTrack Kawasaki ZX-10RR during the opening race of the weekend.
Despite the severity of the accident, Perie is preparing himself to bounce back at Snetterton, which doubles as the home venue for Lee Hardy Racing.
“Having a crash at Knockhill wasn’t ideal but I don’t mind making mistakes as long as I learn from them," he told the official BSB website. "Moving forward, we go to the team’s home track at Snetterton so hopefully, we can have a good weekend there.
“I went well there in Supersport last year, so I am looking forward to going back. It will be good to meet a lot of the local fans and sponsors to the team there too.”

Perie’s Knockhill woes represented a fresh low in what has been a tough initiation to BSB this season for the 2022 British Supersport runner-up.
To date, Perie has scored just a single point - during Round 4 at Donington Park - and has been out-performed by Kawasaki’s other BSB rookie, Max Cook. Nevertheless, Perie is confident of better results as he crosses into the second-half of the 2023 BSB season.
“This season has been a bit up and down, a bit like a rollercoaster but you have to expect that in your first year. I didn’t expect it to be easy!
“I think we are doing all right and improving every weekend, it was a shame about Knockhill, but the aim is to keep scoring points and to try to climb up the standings in the Rookie Championship. We are positive and we are looking forward to Snetterton.”
