BRNO MOTOGP TEST: ELIAS ANGRY AT NO RIDE SITUATION

Outgoing Gresini Honda rider Toni Elias says he is angry that even after scoring top results in MotoGP year-in, year-out, he still doesn't have a confirmed ride for the series in 2010.

The tiny Spaniard, who others say is very hard to pass because of his all-action riding style, scored a podium in Sunday MotoGP race at Brno but has been replaced  at his team by Marco Melandri. The squad's other current rider, Alex De Angelis, has also lost his seat to Marco Simoncelli.

"The show of affection I was given by so many people after the race was really nice and I appreciated it a lot. It is a result that gives me a lot of pleasure although at the same time it kind of makes me angry because even though I am scoring top results year after year I still don't have a solution for next season," said Elias.

"Anyway, I want to stay optimistic and I will be giving my absolute best until the end of the season and show everybody my true worth over these last six races."
