After three years Francesco Guidotti will leave Red Bull KTM Factory Racing at the end of the 2024 MotoGP season.
Red Bull KTM Factory Racing have confirmed that Francesco Guidotti will leave his role as Team Manager at the end of 2024.
Guidotti joined the team in 2022 and spent the last three seasons with the Austrian manufacturer in their efforts in MotoGP.
During his time with the team, KTM achieved two Grand Prix wins and 12 podiums, along with two wins and 11 podiums in Sprint Races.
Pit Beirer, KTM Motorsports Director, said: “After three years with Francesco and a lot of positive progress and working methods, we are moving the team with a different leadership approach. Making these changes is never an easy process and we can only thank Francesco warmly for what he has done in our MotoGP story. 2025 will bring some big movements to the whole program in this close and exciting sport and we are laying the foundations now to keep making steps ahead.”
The Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Team will come under new management for 2025. It is unknown who will replace Guidotti but the Team Principal and CEO of Red Bull KTM Ajo, Aji Ajo has been linked with the role. The KTM MotoGP Test Rider, Dani Pedrosa, could also step into management as he has also been linked with the role.
