Gresini Racing has announced when it will formally launch its 2024 MotoGP World Championship campaign, its first with Marc Marquez.

The Italian team will pull the wraps off its pair of Ducati GP23 machines on 20 January 2024, accompanied by the presentation of Marquez in Gresini Racing colours for the first time.

The eight-time Grand Prix World Champion’s arrival at Gresini is set to dominate headlines in the run up to the opening round of the season in Qatar following his landmark switch from Repsol Honda to the satellite Ducati squad after nine seasons.

Joining forces with brother Alex Marquez - twice a Sprint race winner on the year-old Desmosedici in 2023 - Marc will then turn his attention towards getting acquainted with the GP23 at the first pre-season shakedown test of 2024 in Malaysia, which begins on 1 February.
