In the 2025 MotoE World Championship, Luca Bernardi will ride for the Aruba Cloud MotoE Team.
The Aruba Cloud MotoE Team has signed Luca Bernardi for the 2025 MotoE World Championship. After several years inside the World Superbike paddock, Bernardi will enter the MotoGP paddock next season.
Bernardi was Italian champion twice - in 2017 in the Supersport 300 class and in 2020 in the Supersport 600 class.
The 23-year-old raced in World Superbikes for a full season in 2022 with the Barni Spark Racing Team. Bernardi ended the year in 18th place in the Championship after scoring 35 points.
In 2024 he returned to World Superbikes with the Yamaha Motoxracing WorldSBK Team. After not securing a return to the Superbike Championship in 2025 he has moved to MotoE.
"I'm excited to join the Aruba family and I'm sure I'll be able to integrate well into this new team right away," said Bernardi.
"It will be a new adventure for me, with a new bike and new tires, but I'll try to do my best right away to find a good feeling. I see it as a learning year to grow and understand the category, while trying to have fun and achieve important results."
Bernardi will be partnered with Alessandro Zaccone in the Aruba Cloud MotoE Team. The duo will replace Armando Pontone and former World Superbike star, Chaz Davies.
