The Prima Pramac Yamaha Factory Team have completed the 2025 MotoGP grid by signing Jack Miller.
Jack Miller has signed with the Prima Pramac Yamaha Factory Team on a one-year deal for 2025. Earlier on in the season things were looking rough for Miller as he had no offers on the table for next season.
However, the Australian rider has now officially signed with Yamaha for next season. The rumours of Miller rejoining Pramac in 2025 had been spreading around the paddock over the last couple of months.
The rumours caused Miller's new deal to become the worst-kept secret in MotoGP, something Miller joked about when discussing his new deal: "I don't know if it is the best-kept secret or the worst-kept secret! It has been a long story but it is awesome to finally have it out there and to have something.
"Honestly, things were looking bleak around the summer break, so I am extremely fortunate and happy to still be on the grid next year. I feel like I have unfinished business here in MotoGP and I am extremely grateful to Paulo and all the guys over at Yamaha for the opportunity to continue. I am looking forward to finishing the season off in a strong way, we have got a lot of great races coming up now. This is my favourite part of the year with the flyaways coming up it is a busy time when you are racing your bike every weekend but it is a lot of fun."
Miller confirmed that his deal with Yamaha is a one-year deal, but this is not something that worries him as he spent a lot of his career on one-year deals. The #43 is looking forward to his new journey with his fourth different manufacturer.
"It is extremely exciting," Miller stated. "I did some of my best work on a one-year contract so I am no stranger to that and we will see what the future holds for us both. The feeling is awesome, working with them is going to be a lot of fun, and a lot of hard work as well. They have a great project already and I think it is only going to go from strength to strength with the satellite team coming back for 2025, things look good."
