Monster Energy Yamaha showcases their 2025 MotoGP livery

Monster Energy Yamaha has become the latest MotoGP team to release their 2025 livery ahead of the Sepang Test next week.

The 2024 MotoGP season was a difficult year for the Monster Energy Yamaha Team as they failed to get either rider inside the top ten in the standings.

However, the manufacturer has shown serious intent to return to the top of the MotoGP standings.

The most important factor ahead of Yamaha's 2025 season is the return of a Yamaha satellite team. The Prima Pramac Racing Team has signed with Yamaha and will run two factory-specification Yamaha M1's. Their launch took place alongside the factory Monster Energy Yamaha Team.

Yamaha's Test Team has also seen an overhaul ahead of the new year. The Japanese manufacturer has been in Sepang for the MotoGP Shakedown with two of their three test riders. For 2025 Yamaha has Andrea Dovizioso, Cal Crutchlow and Augusto Fernandez signed as test riders. However, only Dovizioso tested the 2025 M1 on day one of the Shakedown.

The Monster Energy Yamaha Team has also re-signed both Fabio Quartararo and Alex Rins to two-year deals. The Former MotoGP Champion and six-time MotoGP race winner will remain teammates until the end of the 2026 season.
