Inaugural Moto2 World Champion Toni Elias will mount a full assault on the championship in 2013 after signing to ride for the Blusens Avintia team.
The Spaniard split from Aspar mid-season and stood in for Hector Barbera when he broke his leg in a motocross accident before jumping into the Italtrans squad.
“I’m very happy to reach this agreement and to be on the Blusens Avintia Team for the next season. It’s a very professional team that along his trajectory has shown his value and the means available to me to try to win," said Elias.
"I’m very sure that I will feel like “at home” because I’m very familiar with most of the team members, and I think that we will build up a very strong winning team. I don’t see the day to start working."
