MotoGP boss discussing £250,000 rider minimum wage

MotoGP ringmaster Carmelo Ezpeleta intends to try and impose a minimum wage of just under a quarter of a million quid for all MotoGP riders in the near future.

The Spanish boss of Dorna believes that riders in the premier class should all be riding for a salary that reflects their talent/experience.

Interesting when almost all of the CRT field are required to deposit a large cheque with their team before they are even allowed to see what their bikes look like. Good luck with that scheme.
