Pramac Ducati’s Pecco Bagnaia has been officially ruled out of MotoGP Brno and next weekend’s Red Bull Ring race.
The Italian crashed at turn one at the end of today’s FP1 session and, as a result, was taken to Brno University Hospital for further examination on a right knee injury.
It has been confirmed the injury will require immediate surgery and the 23-year-old is unable to race for at least two weekends.
