Results from the Sprint at the 2026 MotoGP Czech Grand Prix at Brno.
Francesco Bagnaia took his first victory of any kind in 2026 with a win in the Brno Sprint. He beat Ai Ogura, leading every lap, despite Ogura choosing a harder rear tyre. Marc Marquez matched Bagnaia's softer tyre choice and finished third after Diogo Moreira crashed out on the opening lap.
Fabio Di Giannantonio was fourth ahead of Marco Bezzecchi for most of the race, but the championship leader crashed at turn three on the penultimate lap - his fourth Sprint crash of the season.
Jorge Martin inherited fifth from Bezzecchi and cuts his points deficit to 15 ahead of tomorrow's race.
Raul Fernandez took sixth ahead of Enea Bastianini, Fermin Aldeguer, and Brad Binder who took the final point. Joan Mir completed the top-10.

Sprint
Ai Ogura took a maiden MotoGP pole position in qualifying, taking a new lap record with it. Fabio Di Giannantonio and Francesco Bagnaia completed the front row.
Marco Bezzecchi was fourth, ahead of Marc Marquez, who had his first lap time cancelled but ended up fifth in the end, and Diogo Moreira who rounded out the second row.
The third row sees Raul Fernandez ahead of Pedro Acosta and Franco Morbidelli, while Jorge Martin could only manage a 10th-place qualifying after coming through Q1. Martin will start alongside Fermin Aldeguer and Joan Mir on row four.
