Britain’s Cal Crutchlow believes an announcement concerning his future in MotoGP should be made soon and said that joined the LCR team for more than a just a year.

There was some speculation at Indianapolis that Crutchlow could switch back to Ducati with a ride at Pramac but the news that Danny Kent has a premier class deal on the table, thought to be with the satellite team, probably means Crutchlow has nowhere else to go.

“Obviously it’s that time of year and speculation is high. My plan was always to ride with Honda, when I came to Lucio’s team it was for more than just a year. Maybe we can ave some sort of announcement on my future soon,” said Crutchlow, speaking at Brno.
