Sterilgarda Husqvarna Max’s John McPhee is back in action for the final of the Moto3 triple header in Thailand this weekend.

Buriram’s Chang International Circuit welcomes the MotoGP paddock for the first time since 2019, after the pandemic break, to cap off the third race in three weekends.

McPhee has had two prior visits to the Thai Grand Prix, albeit both non-scores - but the last saw him crash out from a top five position. Having secured seventh last time out in Japan, the Scotsman is eager to return to the front fight this weekend.

“It’s great to be heading back to Thailand,” McPhee confirmed. “Three years since we’ve rode this track, last time here I was in the mix at the front and the plan is to be there again on Sunday!”
