Bancaja Aprilia's Bradley Smith reckons he is out to give team-mate Julian Simon a hard time in the MotoGP 125cc race at Estoril this weekend in order to keep his title hopes alive.
Smith, who had to be levered out of my chair in the press office at Silverstone BSB last weekend, reckons it will be a weekend of hard work at a track he doesn't particularly like.
"I'm really looking forward to getting to Estoril, even though it's a circuit I don't particularly like and I know we're in for a weekend of hard work, but we have a lot of data from the winter test that will give us an advantage," said the Oxfordshire teenager.
"The last three races have gone pretty well for me so it is important to keep that going over the four that are left. We just have to keep scoring more points than Julián and keep the title fight going for as long ass possible.
"I suppose it's a matter of time and whether it's at Estoril or Philip Island but all we can do is keep fighting to make it as difficult as possible for him."
