Fabio di Giannantonio also progressed through Q1 and was able to make his way onto the front row as he put his Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team machine into third place.

The top KTM rider on the grid was Enea Bastianini, who was able to put his Red Bull KTM Tech3 machine into fourth place.

In the middle of the second row will be Franco Morbidelli, who qualified in fifth place on the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team Ducati GP24.

At the rear of the second row will be the Monster Energy Yamaha rider, Fabio Quartararo. The Frenchman was 0.524 seconds slower than Marc Marquez, but was a surprise factor in Qualifying.

After crashing early on in Q2, Pedro Acosta ruined his chances of pole position and will have to start the Hungarian Grand Prix from seventh.

Fermin Aldeguer had been on the pace all weekend, but will have to start from the middle of the third row in eighth place.

The Honda HRC Castrol quad completed the top ten with Luca Marini at the rear of the third row in ninth and Joan Mir at the head of the fourth row in tenth.
