MOTOGP INDY: WEBB ON THE FRONT ROW

Britain's Danny Webb has equalled his best MotoGP 125cc qualifying performance of the season at Indianapolis this afternoon taking fourth place and was quickest of the Brits.

Webb, who was lying second until the very last seconds of the session, was bumped down to fourth by Stefan Bradl and Mike Di Meglio. Pol Espargaro set, erm, pole with his final lap, a third of a second ahead of Frenchman Di Meglio who crashed earlier.

Scott Redding held pole at the beginning of the session and swapped places early on with Andrea Iannone and Bradl. Redding spent the last five minutes of qualifying in the pits and ended up ninth.
