Britain's Jake Dixon is aiming to get involved in the fight for a top-ten finish as Moto2 returns to Jerez for a second weekend.
The Petronas Sprinta man wants to bounce back from his 20th last weekend, achieved after a jump start penalty, and work out some problems he has with the Kalex in the early laps.
"I’m happy that we can go back to Jerez again this weekend because I feel like we ran out of time a little last weekend to try everything that we wanted," said Dixon.
"Now we have this week to collect our thoughts and continue working to find the next step – if we hit the nail on the head I think we can take a decent step and be faster this weekend and be fighting towards the top ten.
"We have a few things to try on the rear of the bike which we feel will improve the whole dynamic of it and the way it reacts, which is what I struggled with for the first half of the race.
"When you have an idea of what you can do to improve it’s always good to be able to get straight back out on track, and especially at the same circuit, so I’m keen to pick up where we left off on Friday."
