Scotland's John McPhee will try to press the reset button at this weekend's MotoGP round as so far in 2021, he has only seen the chequered flag once and hasn't scored a point.
The Petronas rider has been taken out in two races, crashed out of a third and finished the Portimao race out of the top 15 after a pitlane start and time penalty after handbags with Jeremy Alcoba at Losail.
"It’s definitely a time to reset after the first few races. We’ve had lots of good moments throughout practice and qualifying and been fast every time, but zero luck when it comes to the races on Sunday," said the man from Oban.
"Our luck needs to change soon, I’ll keep working as best as I can to get the result we deserve come Sunday. This year has started in a similar way to 2019, but Le Mans was the race where my season really started that year, with a race win, and from then on we had a great season. So I’m hoping that this year goes the same and we can be fighting at the front again starting with this weekend."
