MotoGP race direction has again hammered the Moto3 class, dishing out 23 sanctions for slow riding during qualifying and dawdling on pitlane exit.

Poleman Enea Bastianini loses his P1 spot as he and Albert Arenas were handed down a three-place grid penalty for disturbing other riders.

Antonelli, Migno, Sasaki, Suzuki and Toba will go back 12 grid positions for multiple slow sectors while a €1000 fine was dished out Antonelli, Arbolino, Bendsneyder, DallaPorta, Danilo, Guevara, Kornfeil, Loi,  McPhee, Mir, Norrodin, Pulkkinen, Rodrigo, Sasaki, Suzuki and Toba for dicking about while leaving pitlane.
