Repsol Honda stand-in rider Jonathan Rea is still unsure as to whether his future is in MotoGP or to remain in World Superbikes and says the decision in now out of his hands.
The young Irishman is thought to be under close scrutinty from HRC bosses at Misano and the Motorland Aragon rounds but says he would like the opportunity to race in the blue riband class as soon as possible.
"I want the possibility to come to MotoGP because it is every young guy's dream to be in this championship. My hero is Kevin Schwantz so to race in the GP classes would be an honour," said Rea, speaking at Misano.
"My future is not in my hands right now so I have to wait and see. I will take things race by race and hopefully I can do a good job here, and we will see what happens."
