MotoGP Mugello: No Ducati contract yet for Crutchlow

Monster Yamaha's Cal Crutchlow has scotched rumours he will sign a contract at Mugello this weekend to race for Ducati in MotoGP in 2013.

The Isle of Man resident is in deep discussion with the factory but hasn't yet had any official paperwork from Bologna and says that he is also still keeping his Yamaha options open.

"I am still talking to them and and we are in discussions. We are waiting for them. It is their decision not ours. Everything is discussed, we have to go through some paperwork but we don't have any paperwork at the minute. I don't have a contract to sign so I can't do anything. At the moment there is a bit of a hold up," said Crutchlow, speaking to bikesportnews.com this evening.

"I am still talking to Yamaha as well. There was a lot of rumours it was going to be signed this weekend but I knew a week ago it wasn't."
