It doesn't look like Kawasaki's MotoGP team, in any shape or form, will be rocking up for the first day of testing at Sepang tomorrow and there has been no updates from the team or factory on their positions. Plus the team's official website has been reduced to one page.
Reliability, it would appear, was a problem for test rider Oliver Jacque at recent Eastern Creek and Phillip Island tests so carting a bike that is likely to go pop all the way to Malaysia wouldn't seem prudent.
Rider John Hopkins, who is still contracted to Kawasaki, is currently on a road trip across the States and couldn't get there in time now even if he wanted, or was asked to.
