Marc Marquez and Cal Crutchlow both crashed within seconds of each other at Vale corner during this morning's MotoGP warm-up at Silverstone.
It is the second time the British rider has gone down at the left-hander and it is likely both his off and the crash of Marquez were down to cold tyres on a cold track.
The Spaniard disclocated his collarbone in the accident but it has now been re-located and he should race. His RC213V collected Crutchlow's satellite Monster Yamaha as it laid in the gravel trap.
Paul Bird's wallet took another hit as Yonny Hernandez scored his crash hat-trick, also at Vale, while Ben Spies' Ignite Ducati replacement got spat over the highside at Chapel. Nicky Hayden was the last of the fallers, going down at Farm.
There is a video here, but you'll have to regiser with MotoGP.com before they will let you watch it...
