Vote for your 2020 BSN Moto3 Rider of the Year

The Moto 3 World Championship was without doubt the most hectic of anywhere in 2020 with up to 15 riders regularly disputing not just the race wins but every available inch of tarmac.

Two early season wins helped Albert Arenas on his way and although he only added one more, 12th place at the final round helped him become the latest in a long line of Spanish World Champions.

Tony Arbolino was only four points adrift at season’s end, as was Japan’s Ai Ogura, but the Italian was unlucky to miss one of the Aragon races due to Italian rules on self-isolation. Had it not been for that, it could well have been him that was crowned World Champion.

Raul Fernandez was consistently the fastest in qualifying but eventually converted that speed into wins in two of the three final rounds with Celestino Vietti and Jaume Masia also posting a number of wins.

John McPhee was the sole Brit in 2020 but took victory in San Marino whilst Darryn Binder, Dennis Foggia, Tatsuki Suzuki and Romano Fenati were other race winners during the season.

Vote now, polls close on December 31
