Moto2 saw Augusto Fernandez continue KTM Ajo’s dominant run of form for successive success this season while Izan Guevara claimed the lightweight crown from Aspar teammate Sergio Garcia. Dominique Aegerter did the double in WorldSSP - alongside his MotoE triumph. While Jack Kennedy took his fourth title in British Supersport with three rounds still to run and Davey Todd bagged the honours in National Superstock.
Jake Dixon laid claim to his maiden Moto2 podium before securing six in total as the year concluded. Rookies Scott Ogden and Josh Whatley joined the Moto3 World Championship with Michael Laverty’s VisionTrack squad and John McPhee bowed out after over a decade in the junior class.
