HACKING APOLOGIES FOR FONTANA OUTBURST

Attack Kawsasaki's Jamie Hacking has apologies to AMA Pro Racing bosses for his sweary outburst after the Fontana Datona Sportbike press conference and has shelled out $4000 in a fine.

The British-born rider has been placed on probation for the rest of the 2009 season and his minimum one-event ban (which could have meant the whole season) has been suspended.

Hacking delivered his apology by way of letter and will be allowed to participate at Road Atlanta next weekend but if he does it again he will be sujbect to the already-imposed penalties.
