Three-time AMA Superbike Champion Josh Hayes is a long way from resting on his laurels going into the 2013 season and appears to be more fired up than ever about a possible fourth title.
The Monster Graves Yamaha man has been nothing short of unstoppable over the last three season and has become one of the AMA greats. A fourth title would move him past Ben Spies in the championship win list.
"My R1 is a six-speed, but I think I've still got another gear inside of me. I certainly don't lack for motivation, I can tell you that. When we line up at Daytona, it's another season and my past three championships sort of go away. It's all about this year. This race. This lap. I'll be ready," said Hayes.
