National Superstock 1000 front-runner Howie Mainwaring now has the double barrelled moniker Mainwaring-Smart as he married Paula Smart in a civil ceremony at the Old Kent Barn on New Year's Eve.

The couple, who will henceforth be known as Mr and Mrs Hyphen, tied the knot in front of a crowd of British Superbike luminaries, and racers past and present.

Attendees at the ceremony included Tony Jefferies, Bob Heath, Rex Butcher, Steve Sawford, Keith Huewen, Stuart Easton, Gary Mason, Simon Andrews, Leon Camier, Sam Lowes, Me, Danny Buchan, Stuart Higgs, and Paul and Scott Smart.

The bride wore black with some yellow kitchen roll as a a belt thing, while the groom was caught stark bollock naked not once, but twice in the space of a couple of hours. Our congratulations and best wishes go to the happy couple.
