Racedays riders Josh Elliott and Christian Iddon have completed their first test session of the 2009 season at the Portimao Racedays Masterclass under the tutelage of ex-Grand Prix winners Jeremy McWilliams and Simon Crafar.
The pair were instructed on track and in the classroom as preparation for their IDM German Supersport debut. The three-day test saw the riders get to grips well with their new bikes, qualifying 8th and 10th out of the 160 strong mix of Superstock, Supersport and Superbike competitors.
The Racedays test weekend saw a number of international racers attend and both riders enjoyed pushing the limits with the fast boys including MIST Suzuki's Matt Bond, Co-ordit's Richard Cooper and MS Racing's Barry Burrell.
Testing on the new 2009 IDM spec Hondas continues at Valencia and at Racedays Easter Jerez event, prior to the opening round at the Lausitzring.
