Suzuka Eight-Hours: Rea, Camier lead the way in first practices

World Superbike stars Jonatha Rea and Leon Camier are leading the way in the first free practice sessions at the 2012 Suzuka Eight-Hours with the BSB pairing of Tommy Hill and Noriyuki Haga chasing hard.

Rea's factory FCC-TSR Honda team set the fastest time with a 2'09.523 in the second session with Yoshimura Suzuki, for whom Camier is riding, in second and only a tenth in arrears.

Hill and Haga, who have teamed up in the Monster YART squad, are in fifth place and only eight-tenths of a second off the pace while the Honda Legends team, who had a crash, are in 26th place and six seconds behind. Three-time British Superbike Champion Ryuichi Kiyonari's team are in fourth place.
