bikesportnews.com is looking for a part-time reporter to cover its online British and World Superbike activities.
The successful candidate will be required to work three/four days per week (usually Friday to Monday), ideally be educated to A-level standard including English language, have a thick skin, and possess highly-developed senses of humour, irony and sarcasm.
We are looking for someone who can already string a sentence together, has more than a vague idea of how a motorcycle works but more importantly, someone who has a huge love for the sport of bike racing. In-depth knowledge is not a necessity but the ability to spot a good story and to earn the respect and trust of riders, team bosses and race organisers is.
Superbike reporting will be the main activity but there will also be opportunities within the organisation to work on the print title and in social media - particularly YouTube.
