Valentin Debise claimed victory on Saturday in Race One and then topped the timesheets ahead of Race Two.
After winning the opening race of the weekend at Estoril, Valentin Debise went on to top the World Supersport Warm-Up session on Sunday morning.
The Championship rivals found themselves together on the World Supersport timesheets, with Can Oncu in second on the Yamaha bLU cRU Evans Bros Team machine, and Stefan Manzi in third on the Pata Yamaha Ten Kate Racing machine.
Philipp Oettl continued to hunt for his second podium of the season, and after finishing in fourth in Race One, he started Sunday in fourth place on the Feel Racing Ducati.
Rounding out the top five was the sole MV Agusta rider inside the top ten, Filippo Farioli.
Two Yamaha riders were just outside of the top five with the Yamaha bLU cRU Evan Bros Team rider, Alberto Surra, in sixth place, and the GMT94 Yamaha rider, Lucas Mahias, in seventh place.
The Orelac Racing Verdnatura squad were in eighth and ninth places on the World Supersport timesheets with Jaume Masia in eighth and Xavi Cardelus in ninth.
Completing the top ten was the sole QJMOTOR Factory Racing rider in the top ten of Raffaele de Rosa.
The two British riders in the series missed out on the top ten, with Tom Booth-Amos in 15th and Joshua Whatley in 23rd place.
