Stefano Manzi led the way in the opening World Supersport Free Practice session at Magny-Cours on Friday morning.
In the opening World Supersport session at Magny-Cours, Stefano Manzi led the way for the Pata Yamaha Ten Kate Racing squad.
The MV Agusta Reparto Corse squad ended the morning in second and third place. Filippo Farioli was in second place, and Bo Bendsneyder was in third place.
World Supersport Championship contender, Can Oncu, ended the morning in fourth place for the Yamaha bLU cRU Evan Bros Team.
The top Ducati rider in the World Supersport Free Practice session was Simon Jespersen from the ECOsantagata Althea Racing Team in fifth place.
Outside of the top five was the GMT94 Yamaha rider, Lucas Mahias, who ended up in sixth place. His teammate, Roberto Garcia, was two places behind him in eighth place.
In between the GMT94 Yamaha duo was the D34G Racing WorldSSP Team rider, Federico Caricasulo, in seventh place.
Completing the top ten were the two Ducati riders of Philipp Oettl in ninth place, and Valentin Debise in tenth place.
