Moto3 France, Qualifying Results | Maximo Quiles claimed a maiden pole position

In only his second Grand Prix, Maximo Quiles will start from pole position at the French Grand Prix.

Maximo Quiles claimed his first pole position in the Moto3 World Championship on the CFMoto Aspar machine. The 17-year-old has only participated in a Grand Prix before the French Grand Prix and will start his second race from pole.

Two Moto3 rookies will start from the front row, with Guido Pini starting from second place. The Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP rider has been improving in recent races and will be aiming for a maiden podium.

After breaking the lap record on Saturday morning, Joel Kelso was unable to claim pole. However, he will start from the front row as he qualified in third place.

Angel Piqueras has put himself in a great position ahead of his Moto3 Championship challengers. The Spaniard will start from fourth place on the grid at the head of the second row.

The top Honda rider in Qualifying was Adrian Fernandez on the Leopard Racing machine. Fernandez will start from fifth place on the grid in the middle of the second row.

David Munoz was the second Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP rider inside the top ten. The Spaniard will start from sixth place at the back of the second row of the grid.

Two Red Bull KTM riders will start from seventh and eighth places, with Valentin Perrone in seventh on the Tech3 machine and Jose Antonio Rueda in eighth on the Ajo machine.

Honda took the final two places in the top ten on the grid with David Almansa in ninth place on the Leopard Racing machine, and Nicola Carraro will start from tenth place on the grid.
